Hades 2 - Sign Up For a Playtest

The sequel to the Supergiant Games 2020 roguelike Hades will be released in 2019. It's an ambitious move that raises the stakes, while also offering deeper look into familial politics.

Another great addition is the introduction of more open regions, that offer different routes through each region and a constantly changing setting to explore. Each region offers a unique take on the Underworld. Some are more accessible than others, but all offer unique challenges that set them apart from other roguelites.

Supergiant has also altered the gameplay in the early access build. This cuts down on the effort required to achieve certain upgrades and makes it simpler to move between areas. There's still plenty of work to be completed before the game can be released full release, but the studio has made clear that it wants to make the most of user feedback and keep working to bring Hades 2 to a perfect state.

Supergiant is known for listening to its fans and solving any issues that come up, and it's evident in the way it has handled the early access version of Hades 2.
